Today, the LANABLA team had a highly engaging visit to Nyandarua County, furthering our mission of advocacy for sustainable natural resources. We were honored to meet with Director Environment, Miriam, and Environment Officer, Damaris. Our discussions focused on critical aspects of sustainable solid waste management, recognizing its immense importance for ecological balance and public well-being. A key highlight was our push to collaborate on developing a draft bill aimed at establishing a robust legal framework for waste management, which we envision will later become an act.
