At LANABLA, we recently embarked on a powerful initiative the #Journey of Water tracing the path of River Gilgil from its source to where communities depend on it. This journey wasn’t just a walk; it was a revelation of both the beauty and the urgent threats facing our freshwater ecosystems.

Along the way, we witnessed firsthand the impacts of pollution, illegal sand harvesting, and encroachment, as well as the inspiring efforts of local stakeholders working to protect this vital resource. Through community engagements, learning stops, and storytelling, we reaffirmed our commitment to protecting water sources as a shared responsibility.
